2018

Fetch Brokerage officially obtains licensing and opens its doors in Lancaster, PA.

2019

Fetch grows by 530% by the end of the year with just a maintenance company to assist
with maintenance.

2020

A 100% customer satisfaction rate – with zero client terminations – is achieved, along
with a strong 68% growth rate.

2021

Fetch upholds its 100% customer satisfaction rate, with no clients terminating
management services, and grows for the third consecutive year.

2022

Fetch maintains 100% customer satisfaction with no clients terminating management
services. A 68% growth rate is once again achieved. The company launches its own
property maintenance division and expands its team by bringing on multiple staff
members.

2023

Fetch expands operations across five counties in Central PA, bringing on two new
property managers and establishing a dedicated maintenance department with a team of five. The company purchases a new office and begins renovations to accommodate the expanding team.

2024

Office renovations are completed while staff grows to meet demand.

2025

Fetch welcomed a Business Development Manager to enhance how we connect with current and future clients, ensuring more meaningful, consistent engagement across every marketing channel.
