At Fetch Home Management, we believe great property management starts with great people. Our team works together every day to support rental property owners, tenants, vendors, and communities throughout Lancaster, York, Berks, Lebanon, and Dauphin counties. Whether coordinating maintenance requests, assisting residents, onboarding new clients, or managing day-to-day property operations, every role within our company plays an important part in delivering a responsive and dependable property management experience.
Fetch Home Management is made up of multiple departments that work collaboratively to keep operations running efficiently across Central Pennsylvania. Our onboarding team helps new owners transition properties into management smoothly, while our property management team focuses on tenant communication, lease administration, inspections, and overall property oversight. Our listing team coordinates vacancy marketing, professional rental photos, and property showings to help reduce vacancy timelines and keep properties performing. Behind the scenes, our accounting and administrative teams manage billing, owner disbursements, invoice review, and financial accuracy. Our maintenance department, including both supervisors and technicians, plays a critical role in coordinating repairs, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day service requests throughout the properties we manage.
